Stopped here while on vacation in France. The pastries were delicious and when the worker saw that we were eating in the car (Americans!), she ran some napkins out to us.

Le pain était très bon, la garniture parfaite pour les casses croûtes. Le flanc, bah c'est un vrai flanc ! Crémeux, sucré comme il le faut, cuit comme il le faut, pour ma part, j'en avais jamais mangé de pareil. Une merveille, un délice, une tuerie !
